An Introduction

Hi, my name is Evan and I’d like to welcome you to the Age of Consumption.

Consumer products are cheap

Despite the rapidly increasing cost of living (food, rent, transportation, healthcare, etc.), consumer goods are abundant and more affordable than ever.

While the future may be bleak, why not take advantage of this unprecedented moment in history to score yourself some nice stuff?

But hard to come by

On paper it’s easy. A tap of your finger and you can have something delivered straight to your house.

But it’s actually quite difficult, and if you’re like me, you might feel stressed out researching what to buy. It can feel like everything is just a bunch of cheap crap being advertised as gold.

Let’s go through the process.

  1. You want to buy something. Let’s say, a socket set.
  2. You look up “best socket set” and a whole bunch of options appear.
  3. You start to research and compare them. Maybe you land on an “unbiased” blog post (usually AI generated) that speaks well about a certain socket set and provides a handy Amazon link that they receive commission through.
  4. You click on that link and buy it the socket set.
  5. It’s total shit and breaks under normal use.

My solution

I’m pretty annoyed at the whole process, so I decided to start my own website. Qualityovercrap.com is here to help you guys identify what is total shit and what isn’t.

The goal

I promise to only recommend you all good stuff. For now, I can
